Privacy Policy

Royeraa Solutions operates Royeraa InteriorCut Pro, an interior measurement, layout, cut-list, costing and AI-assisted design application.

Information handled by the app

The app does not require users to create an account and does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, precise location, contacts or payment information.

Users may voluntarily select interior site photographs, sketches or PDF documents from their device. These files are used to provide the feature requested by the user. Most measurements, layouts, cut lists, cost calculations and project information are processed and stored locally on the user's device.

AI-assisted processing

When a user deliberately selects a photograph, sketch or PDF and taps an AI analysis button, the selected file and related design instruction are transmitted over HTTPS to our Cloudflare-hosted API service and then to the OpenAI API. This processing is used only to return the requested interior-design analysis or shutter concept.

AI requests are configured with storage disabled. Royeraa Solutions does not create user profiles from uploaded files, sell them, use them for advertising or retain them in an application database. Our service providers may process limited technical information as necessary to operate, secure and prevent abuse of their services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Users should upload only files they are authorized to use and should avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Sharing and disclosure

User-selected files are disclosed only to service providers acting on our behalf to provide the requested AI functionality, including Cloudflare and OpenAI. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertising companies.

The app may allow a user to voluntarily open another application, such as WhatsApp, to share information. Information the user chooses to share through an external application is governed by that application's privacy policy.

Security

AI requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. The OpenAI API key is stored on the server and is not included in the Android app. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's privacy

The app is designed for interior-design professionals and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data choices and deletion

The app does not provide user accounts or maintain a user-content database. Users can remove locally stored app information by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Questions or deletion requests concerning information under our control may be sent to the contact address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The revised policy will show a new effective date.
